I never shopped for maternity dresses through my pregnancy, and a big reason for that was the type of clothes I chose. There is no need to buy dresses you would wear for 3 months, and then stow away. And that is why, choosing the right kind of dresses means everything. This does not include maternity jeans and pants, since those are something you should invest in. But living in a warmer region, you could do away with just dresses.
