It has been a few months of living out of my suitcase and I needed a much-needed break. Me and my husband decided to do this trip differently and chose to drive down from Valle De Bravo in Mexico to Punta Mita in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. The drive was about 10 hours long and to be honest, we might have made just one or two stops on the way for lesser than 5 minutes. That being said, I enjoy road trips and especially when you have scenic roads that keep you entertained.
One of the ways me and my husband love to spend our time on such long road trips is to listen to podcasts, which are 7-9 hours long. It feels rather challenging for us not to spend time productively if we have an opportunity. This time we chose to listen to two podcasts: The Zodiac and Tiger King. Both were very entertaining , but I liked the Zodiac more. This trip for us was not where we planned on exploring busy towns or restaurants, but a rather quaint and quiet trip. It served its purpose and we just had a relaxing time there!
I wanted this blog to be all about some snippets with photos from our wholesome travel to Punta Mita. Because even if you cannot physically travel to a place right now with lockdown restrictions, you can go on a virtual tour!
Lots of Love,
